How To Drink Water?

Water should always be drunk slowly, sip by mouth and take time while drinking, from a glass or a vessel. Just like you drink hot tea. From this, it reaches the stomach according to the temperature of the body. If you see someone drinking water in guts, interrupt them immediately. Because drinking water in this way causes a lot of harm to the body. Due to this, many types of diseases can arise in the stomach. Drinking water without stopping causes problems like acidity, gas, belching.

Don’t Drink Too Much

Experts believe that if a person drinks more water than necessary, then there is extra pressure on his kidney, which can cause serious damage to the kidney. Drinking more water than necessary causes the kidney to work more than its capacity, which has adverse effects on health. That’s why you should drink as much water as you need.

How much water should you drink?

According to Ayurveda, it is considered right to drink as many litres of water as the number that comes after subtracting the 10th part of your body weight from 2. For example, suppose your weight is 70 kg, then its 10th part will be 7. Now after subtracting 2 from it, the number will come to 5, which means that you should drink 5 litres of water daily.

When do you drink water?

Wake up in the morning and drink at least 3 glasses of lukewarm water on an empty stomach, this will remove the impurities accumulated in the body overnight through urine.

It is advisable to drink water at least 30 minutes before having a meal. By doing this the weight also does not increase.

When you are going out of the house, definitely go out after drinking three to four sips of water.

Drinking three sips of water before sleeping at night is considered beneficial for health.

Drink more water during the day and reduce its quantity by evening, so that you will be able to sleep comfortably at night.

Drinking water an hour after having a meal helps for digestion.

Before doing any kind of exercise, drink water before that, it will give energy to your muscles.

When not to drink?

According to Ayurveda, drinking water immediately after eating food is like poison. If it is very necessary, you can take a sip of water, but do not forget to drink more than this.

Do not drink water immediately after coming from the sun.

Do not drink water immediately after exercise, yoga, walking.

Never drink hot milk, tea, water even after the dish.

There are some fruits to avoided drink water immediately after. It would be harmful to the body such as cucumber, watermelon, cantaloupe, so do not drink water immediately after having these things.

Do not drink water immediately after passing urine or bowel movements. This has a bad effect on the digestive system.

Apart from all these things, water should not be drunk even after eating smooth and fried things and peanuts.

Try not to drink water from a glass or bottle made of plastic.

Water should not be drunk forcefully without desire.

Never drink water standing up. Always drink water while sitting.

Always avoid drinking cold water. If possible, drink normal water instead of cold in summer. Actually, by drinking cold water, blood does not reach properly in some organs, due to which weakness comes and the large intestine also starts shrinking.
