  • Basil leaves – 01 cup (dried),
  • Green cardamom – 04 tbsp,
  • Cloves – 02 tbsp,
  • Dry ginger powder – 01 tbsp,
  • Nutmeg powder – 1/2 tbsp,
  • Black pepper powder – 10 to 15 grains,
  • Cinnamon – 01 piece,
  • Mace Mave – 01 Piece.

Method to make tea masala: How to Make Tea Masala Powder

For the chai masala powder recipe, first clean the spices. After this, heat a fry pan on gas. When the pan is hot, fry all the spices on medium flame while stirring for a minute. After this, turn off the gas and let the spices cool down. 
When it cools down, put the roasted spices and basil leaves in a mixer and grind them finely. Take out the ground spices in a bowl and add dry ginger powder and nutmeg powder to it and mix.

Now heat the fry pan on gas again. Add the prepared powder in the pan and fry it while stirring for 30 seconds. After this turn off the gas. By doing this, the chai masala powder will have an aroma and it can be stored for a longer period.
