Vitamin K deficiency can cause bleeding problems like menstruation, bleeding gums and nose etc. Eye problems can also occur.
Vitamin K deficiency causes hardening of the blood vessels.

Right Amount of Vitamin K
People over the age of 14 should take closer to 3.6 grams (120 UG) of vitamin E according to the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA). Women who are breastfeeding may need more, so such women can take up to 2.7 grams (90 UG). The upper limit for protection is 2.7 grams (90 UG).
